The Commerce Department has awarded a 5-year agency catalog for the DocuSign Agreement Cloud products and services. The catalog was issued to CounterTrade Products, Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) since 1985, under NASA SEWP V NNG15SC65B for Electronic Signature Solution based products and services, Catalog No. 1331L521A13ES0033.

With the recent award, all Commerce Department Bureaus can now use the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to work smarter and more effectively with self-service forms, electronic signatures, prepopulated agreements, and automated approval processes. DocuSign’s core federal offerings include DocuSign eSignature and DocuSign CLM, which are both FedRAMP authorized at the Moderate impact level.
