Returns: Defective product returns handled by warranty. Any other return (i.e. customer order error, CPI order error etc.) – must be requested within 30 days from date of shipment. Pre-approval from CounterTrade Customer Support is required. Government error – must be requested within 30 days from date of shipment. Re-stock fees may apply dependent on nature of return.
** Use of the Netcentric Products contract may be available to DoD and Other Federal Agencies when any of the following criteria exists:
- is related to requirements for interoperability with Air Force capabilities;
- supports Air Force IT infrastructure, applications, or operations;
- supports host-tenant arrangements involving Air Force units; or
- support of joint operations or solutions.
