Exciting news…CounterTrade is celebrating 40 years of success with a new look!

CounterTrade has a long proud history rooted in exemplary customer service. Our motto, “Service measured not by GOLD but by the GOLDEN rule” has been our guiding principle. Our founders, Joe & Marlene Calabria built CounterTrade based on this principle because they knew that it fosters positive relationships, enhances customer satisfaction, and builds a strong ethical foundation for long-term success. They knew that by prioritizing empathy and respect, businesses can create a more positive and productive environment for both employees and customers. It is important that we treat customers with respect and understand their needs. Treating employees with fairness and respect leads to increased job satisfaction and productivity. Building strong relationships with suppliers based on mutual respect and fair dealings ensures reliable partnerships. I carry these principles with me each day as we embrace a 2nd generation at CounterTrade as Joe & Marlene entrust me to carry on the foundation that they established. This is the vision behind the redesign.

The new CPI logo represents a modern take on tradition. Maintaining the scroll from our original logo makes the new logo easily recognizable and reassures our customers and partners that CPI is still the same great company it has always been. Nothing is changing within the company; our core values remain the same. CPI will still provide the same great customer service, product lines & solutions. The logo represents CPI’s strong commitment to both its legacy and its vision for the future. The minimalist and modern design facilitates our ability to thrive in a tech-driven world.
