1GPA/1Government Procurement Alliance is a non-profit national governmental purchasing cooperative that allows public agencies to take advantage of existing contracts to purchase the goods and services they need from local and national vendors. Under this contract CounterTrade provides equipment and services eligible for E-Rate support in Category Two and Non-E-Rate equipment and services for 1GPA Members as needed.
